OUR HISTORY

Launched in the Summer of 2009, Edit Design Consultancy is the company persona for independent designer Paul Beardmore. The business has expanded steadily ever since, driven by Paul’s talent, creativity, and focus on design practicality. Prior to starting the business, the variety of organisations and roles Paul’s career encompassed organically pre-empted the three pillars of what Edit offers today:

Work with client team to develop the brief and gauge an appropriate response, in terms of aesthetic and practical considerations.

SPACE PLANNING

Space analysis / testing of existing or potential sites.
Site surveys and dimensions check.
Understanding of workplace topography
Development of key individual / department adjacencies.
Block and detail planning.
Liaison with relevant authorities in order to ensure that legal obligations are met.
